U8's are starting to work as a team, with a good win over Wellington

Honiton Tigers (U8s) took a squad of 12 to play Wellington for the first time on Sunday in wintry conditions.
Split into two groups, the Tigers played three matches each and had contrasting fortunes.
The group of Tom Phillips, Finley Backhouse, Harvey Hannay, Bryn Johnson, Alfie Terry and Jake Carter produced what coach Jon Hannay described as 'the best rugby they've ever played' as they recorded two wins and a draw in their three games.
There were tries aplenty in the first game as Honiton ran out 10-6 winners with tries from Backhouse (5), Hannay (4) and Phillips.
Some excellent tagging and defence earned the visitors a 4-4 draw in their next game with Hannay (2), Phillips and Carter crossing.
A keenly contested final game ended 8-6 to Honiton with Phillips (3), Backhouse (3) and Carter dotting down.
The group of Josias Drew, Robert Hennessy, Ewan Powers-Maguire, Harry Madge, Harry Kent and Charlie Pickering claimed one win and two defeats in their matches.
Powers-Maguire grabbed a hat trick in the opener but it wasn't enough to prevent a 8-6 loss. Hennessy (2) and Drew also scored.
The Tigers narrowly suffered defeat in their second game, losing 8-7, with tries from Drew (3), Hennessy (2) and Powers-Maguire (2).
Drew (2), Powers-Maguire (2), Hennessy and Madge claimed tries as Honiton ensured they finished on a high in their final game, a 6-4 win.
